Cialis Soft Tabs
Cialis Soft Tabs are exactly the same drug but in a different package.
The standard preparation is in tablet form, and you have to swallow the pill and wait for the stomach acid to break it down so that the active compounds can be absorbed into the blood stream. This process is relatively slow taking around thirty minutes.
A Cialis Soft Tab is a small lozenge (you can choose the flavour whether it be strawberry, banana, etc.). Each tab is a “sublingual” delivery system, i.e. you place the lozenge under your tongue and, as it dissolves, the active components of the drug are absorbed by osmosis into the blood vessels in your mouth and throat. This cuts the absorption time in half and can lead to an active bodily response in about fifteen minutes — sometimes less! By avoiding delivery through the digestive system, you also avoid delays that may be caused by the amount of food in your stomach, particularly if that food is heavy or greasy (foods that are high in saturated fat may slow down the peristaltic action of the stomach). If you have just eaten a full meal, it can take longer for the tablet to take effect.
Dosage
Each tab represents a dose of 20mg — the maximum for Cialis. But most men only need a dose of 10mg and this is the dose most likely to be recommended by your doctor. Once again, we remind you that these are prescription drugs and that you should always get proper medical advice before using them. Regardless of the dispensation format, we also remind you that you should not take Cialis if you have problems of low blood pressure, or you are already taking drugs for hypertension or other heart-related problems. Similarly, you should not mix the tabs with alcohol or grapefruit juice.
